Heatwave installed an air conditioner and handler for me. They removed my old one and replaced it with a brand new one. They worked with my schedule and we’re absolutely the best. Dan came in and did a complete ac analysis on my 5 year old module home. Dan recommended increasing the celling vents to allow proper air flow and change from what turned out to be a 14 year old air... handler with a larger (4ton) system. He was able to do a direct plug and play that saved me thousands. The 3 man installation team did a fantastic job and the house is unbelievably better the what wound have been from the home builder. I had an annual cleaning and tune up performed this morning. My technician’s name was Logan and he was great! He was thorough, knowledgeable, and polite. The office is always very friendly when I... call to schedule appointments on either of my homes and they are very accommodating to my needs as well as the needs of my tenants. They are also very fairly priced so that servicing doesn’t necessarily need to break the bank. I have found this company to be honest which is hard to come by and goes a long way with me!read more

Super-fast response. For a Sunday call the price was reasonable. Our tech was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable; based what I've diagnosed and explained to him during the call he already... had a hunch it was the capacitor and it was. He replaced the capacitor, test the system and we were cooling the house in a matter of minutes. From the initial call to system repaired in less than 90 minutes. To us, that was outstanding service!read more

AC was down. Called for service and got a tech next day (by request). Tech found simple fix and suggested a cleaning (which hasn't been done in at least 2 years). I asked tech if he could do while he... was there and after checking his schedule, he was able to complete the cleaning during the visit. Total experience (my second time using this company) was extremely positive! I called for this issue because my first experience went so well (and this company installed the existing system). I would not hesitate to recommend this company. Thank you for great service!!read more

Had heatwave come out recently to do my moms duct work,dan the manager was the sales guy who came out, and I ended up paying 5 times more then any other company I called expecting them to do a good... job. After installation my mom was complaining about a lot of dust coming through my vents, so I had my brother go up the other day to check it and found that half of the duct work was kept the same. I paid more then 15 grand to have all of it replaced and what I got was taken advantage of. Probably thought my mom wouldn't check or wouldn't notice but we found the problem. Would never recommend I mean never recommend heat wave to any one who is look to install.Also called and asked to speak to the manage, never got a call back which from previous comments of other people didn't expect to.read more
